This scrumptious unbaked cheesecake is a breeze to prepare! However, it’s very rich, and even the lighter variation is not so light!
Grater: Grate chocolate, using firm pressure. Set aside. (Or make Chocolate Curls.)
Steel Blade: Break wafers in chunks. Drop wafers through feed tube while machine is running. Process until fine crumbs are formed. Add butter or margarine and process a few seconds longer to blend. Press into ungreased 10-inch springform pan.
