You’ll score points with your guests with this updated version of an old favorite. It’s very decadent, so save it for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 8 chilled Skor bars (1.4 oz/39 g each), broken up
  • 2 cups

Method

Steel Blade: Process Skor bars with quick on/off pulses to start, then let machine run until coarsely chopped. Set aside.

Whip cream and sugar with an electric mixer until stiff. Set aside, reserving ½ cup to make rosettes. (Processor may be used, but will not yield enough volume.)
