For a mousse pie, pour this mixture into a baked 9-inch cookie crumb crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled
  • 3 oz (85 g) pkg

Method

slicer: Reserve 8 strawberries as garnish. Slice remaining strawberries, using light pressure. Empty bowl. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in 2-cup glass measure.

Steel Blade: Place large chunks of ice cream in processor. While machine is running, add dissolved gelatin in slow, steady stream through feed tube. Process until blended, 20 to 30 seconds. Chill until thickene
