Ingredients

  • 1 cup firm light silken tofu, well drained
  • 2 cups cut-up frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, cantaloupe, mango

Method

Steel Blade: Process tofu until smooth and blended, about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
