Keep frozen fruit on hand to make this easy, refreshing dessert in moments.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, raspberries or mixed berries
  • ¼ cup sugar or honey

Method

Steel Blade: Process berries with sugar or honey until mixture reaches the texture of snow. Add yogurt, buttermilk or soy milk and lemon juice. Process until smooth. Serve immediately, or transfer to a serving bowl and freeze until half an hour before serving.
