Keep these treats on hand in the freezer. What a cool way to get kids to eat more fruit!

Ingredients

  • cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp

Method

Steel Blade: Process strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until puréed, 12 to 15 seconds.

Fill popsicle molds with spoonfuls of strawberry purée and yogurt, alternating them to make a swirled design. Cover and insert wooden sticks if necessary. Freeze 6 to 8 hours, until completely frozen.
