Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, cored (do not peel) (e.g., Gala, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp)

Method

Preheat oven to 200°F.

Slicer: Use thin slicing disc (2 mm), if your processor comes with one. If your processor doesn’t have a wide-mouth feed tube, cut apples to fit feed tube. Slice apples, using light pressure. Arrange slices in a single layer on 2 parchment-lined ba
