Delicious served warm with ice cream or frozen yogurt. Substitute your favorite berries in season. Sliced peaches, nectarines or plums can replace part of the berries.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine blueberries, granulated sugar and water in 2-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 8 to 10 minutes, or until bubbling, stirring once or twice. Dissolve cornstarch in orange juice; stir into blueberry mixture. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes
