Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¾

Method

Steel Blade: Process cocoa and icing sugar for 3 or 4 seconds to blend. Transfer to pie plate. Microwave whipping cream and butter on High for 1½ minutes, until almost boiling.

Process chocolate with several on/off pulses to start, then let machine run until chocolate is fine, about 30 seconds. Pour hot cream through feed tube while machine is running; process just until chocolat
