Ingredients: 2 eggs; ½ tsp pure vanilla extract; ½ cup brown sugar; ½ cup brown sugar, packed; 2 tsp baking powder; ¼ tsp baking soda; 2 large ripe bananas (about 1 cup); 2½ cups flour; ⅛ tsp salt; 1 cup chocolate chips; ⅔ cup tub margarine, cut in chunks

Method

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Steel Blade: Process margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla extract for 2 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. While machine is running, drop in chunks of banana and process until blended. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
