These easy, elegant shortbread cookies taste like a dream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or tub margarine, cut in chunks
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Steel Blade: Process butter or margarine and sugars until well creamed, about 1 minute. Add flour and cornstarch. Process with several on/off pulses, just until blended. Do not overprocess. Sprinkle toffee bits and butterscotch chips over batter. S
