These thin, crisp cookies can be cut into all sorts of holiday shapes. Great all year round—just use your favorite cookie cutters and have the kids help!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup chilled butter, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Method

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Steel Blade: Process butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract or lemon juice for 2 minutes, until well creamed. Scrape down sides of bowl as needed. Add remaining ingredients and process with 3 or 4 on/off pulses, just until mixed. Do not overproces
