Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter or tub margarine, cut in chunks
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Steel Blade: Process the ½ cup butter or margarine with sugars, vanilla or almond extract and egg yolk for 45 seconds. Add flour and process for 5 seconds to mix. Add oats or granola and process with several quick on/off pulses to mix.
