Thanks to my friend Helene Medjuck for inspiring these yummy treats. These round brownies are excellent for the lunchbox or as a snack. Bet you can’t stop at just one bite!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray miniature muffin pans with nonstick spray.
