  • 1 cup milk (1% or 2%)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup sugar<

Method

Microwave milk in 4-cup glass measuring cup until steaming, about 2 minutes on High.

Steel Blade: Process egg yolks with sugar and flour until well mixed, 15 to 20 seconds.

Add hot milk through feed tube while machine is running. Process until smooth.

Pour mixture back into measuring cup and microwave on High for 2 minutes, until very thick, whisking every 30 seco
