Charoset is a sweet mixture of fruits, nuts and spices served at Passover Seders all over the world. Different communities and families have their own special recipes.

Ingredients

  • Β½ cup walnuts
  • 3 large apples, peeled, cored and cut in chunks
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp

Method

Steel Blade: Process nuts for 6 to 8 seconds, until coarsely chopped. Empty bowl. Process apples until minced, about 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, including nuts. Process with quick on/offs, just until mixed. Do not overprocess.
