Ingredients

  • cups matzo meal
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp

Method

Steel Blade: Place matzo meal, salt and pepper in processor. Add eggs and process for 10 to 15 seconds. Pour oil and water through feed tube while machine is running. Process for 20 to 30 seconds, until fairly smooth. Mixture will be quite loose.

Transfer to large bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Mixture will thicken.

Fill 2 large soup pots half ful
