  • 3 cups matzo farfel
  • cold water (about 2 cups)
  • 3 eggs

Method

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine farfel with cold water to cover. Drain immediately, pressing out excess moisture. Place farfel in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt; mix lightly.
