Ingredients

  • 2 lb (1 kg) carrots
  • ½ cup honey (or to taste)

Method

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slicer: Cut carrots to fit feed tube. Slice, using firm pressure. You should have about 6 cups sliced. Cook in boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Drain, reserving about ½ cup cooking liquid. Add honey and oil; mix well. Dissol
