Fun to make with children. Matzo must be mixed, shaped and baked within 18 minutes to prevent leavening, so teamwork helps!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup cold water (approximately)

Method

Preheat oven to 475°F. Place 2 large baking sheets in oven to heat up. (Oven racks should be on second and fourth positions from bottom.) Dust work surface with flour and have a rolling pin ready. Place flour in processor bowl. Measure water. Set your timer for 18 minutes. Ready, set,
