Use this versatile crumb mixture as a pie crust or as a topping for a fruit crisp! The ingredients are the same but the method is slightly different.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Passover soup nuts (mandlen)
  • 1 cup pecans
  • ¼

Method

Pie Crust: Process mandlen on steel blade until ground, 15 to 20 seconds. Empty bowl. Process pecans until finely crushed, 25 to 30 seconds. Add ground mandlen, oil or margarine, sugar and cinnamon. Process 8 to 10 seconds to blend. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of sprayed 9-inch pie plate. Bake in preheated
