Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12- × 18-inch jelly roll pan completely with aluminum foil. Spray foil very well with nonstick spray. Arrange matzos in single layer, breaking pieces to fit.

Steel Blade: Process nuts with several quick on/off pulses, until coarsely chopped.
