These gluten-free cookies are so good! Sandra Phillips of Montreal got the recipe from Sandy Schreter, who got it from her sister, Aviva Yalovsky. These taste best right from the freezer.

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Steel Blade: Place nuts in food processor first, followed by remaining ingredients. Pulse until mixture is moist but not overprocessed. It should look like rocks and mud. Drop from a teaspoon onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
