Method

In a medium saucepan, combine fenugreek seeds, ajowan seeds, and fennel seeds with enough water to cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover pan, and continue cooking until seeds are soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain, reserving the seeds.
