Gundruk ko jhol is a traditional thin soup prepared from fermented dried greens and dried soybeans. It is served with plain boiled rice, millet, or cornmeal porridge (dhindo). The following recipe is particularly flexible, and any ingredients (meat, fish, lentil nuggets, or potatoes) can be added.
