Ingredients

  • 1½ to 2 pounds large shrimp, shelled, deveined, washed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste

Method

Place the shrimp in a large bowl and season them with the garlic powder and salt. Cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
