  • 2 onions, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wide skillet over medium-low heat, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown. Add the spinach, cilantro, mint, fenugreek, and all the spices, cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until spinach has wilted. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and spinach mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minute
