- Place the lamb fries in a large bowl of cool water. Wash and drain them and cut each one in half.
- Remove the thin outer membrane from the fries.
- Light a bed of charcoal and let it burn until the coals glow evenly or preheat the broiler in your oven.
- Thread the fries onto the skewers. Paint them with melted butter and grill them over hot coal
