  • 4 lamb fries
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper<

Method

  1. Place the lamb fries in a large bowl of cool water. Wash and drain them and cut each one in half.
  2. Remove the thin outer membrane from the fries.
  3. Light a bed of charcoal and let it burn until the coals glow evenly or preheat the broiler in your oven.
  4. Thread the fries onto the skewers. Paint them with melted butter and grill them over hot coal
