Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine the rice flour, milk, rose water, and sugar. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, until the mixture has thickened and reaches a creamy consistency.
  2. Remove the cream from the heat. Ladle it into a serving bowl or individual bowls. Chill in the refrigerator. Nush-e Jan!
