  • 1 ready-made puff pastry dough, thawed for 40 minutes at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper. Unfold each of the puff pastry sheets on the lined sheet pans, and cut each one it into 3x4-inch strips. Prick the entire surface with a fork.
