  • 1 package or 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 cup (240 g) sour cream

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl of a food processor, combine the yeast with 1 cup/240g sour cream and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add butter and mix well. Add the egg, oil, and vinegar, and mix until creamy.
  3. Gradually add 3 cups flour and continue to mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn out the dough onto a floured work surface and knead for 2 minutes. Add
