  • 2 pounds/900 g unripe grapes

Method

  1. Sterilize canning jars in boiling water. Drain and allow to dry thoroughly.
  2. Wash the unripe grapes and remove the stems.
  3. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Blanch the grapes, drain, and set aside. Fill the jars almost to the top with grapes.
  4. To make the brine: Bring 2 tablespoons salt, 4 cups/960ml water, sugar, and the vinegar
