Slurping this ice cold drink imported to Iran from Belgium brings back wonderful memories of visiting Tehran cafés after school or during the summer holidays!
Bring milk and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, add coffee, stir well, and allow to cool (chill in the refrigerator for an hour or so).
Just prior to serving, pour the coffee mixture into 2 tall glasses, filling them halfway. Place two scoops of ice cream and one spoon of whipped cream on top of each. Serve with a long spoon and straw. Nush-e Jan!
