- Prepare a charcoal fire and dissolve the salt in a large container of warm water.
- When the coals are ready, shuck the corn (keeping the husk for later use) and roast the corn on all sides on the grill, turning the ears frequently.
- When all sides are well roasted, remove from the grill and immediately plunge the
