Method

  1. Wash and separate the grapes from the stems, then place them in a laminated pot. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring frequently, until the grapes are tender.
  2. Pass through a fine-mesh colander, press with a masher and squeeze out all the juice. Discard the skins and seeds.
