Cranberries, mustard and apple add the sweet-sour tones to this unusual oven-cooked dish. In the past, chicken was never particularly common in the Baltic, and during the Communist period it was considered to be a real treat. Today, however, chicken is much more easily available, and this recipe is a new arrival on the culinary scene. Serve with plain boiled potatoes.
