Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the garlic until light brown, about 1 minute. Add the seafood, chilli paste and Chinese sausages, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
