  • 4 ripe avocados (10 oz/300 g each)

  1. Peel and pit the avocados, then cut the flesh into cubes and set aside.
  2. Make the Palm Sugar Syrup by following the recipe (step 1).
  3. Place all the ingredients, except the cocoa powder or chocolate syrup, in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve chilled with a sprinkling of powdered cocoa or a drizzling of choco
