My great friend Cheche hates to spend a moment longer in the kitchen than she needs to. These lentils make a real “hungry but hectic” dish that takes just moments to put together. Lentils are great winter comfort food: it’s well worth preparing a huge pot of these at the weekend for friends, family or just you to pick at.
