  • 1 piece white bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves</

Method

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan (skillet). Add the bread and fry until crisp and golden. Remove from the pan and chop the bread into small pieces.

Next pound the garlic with the salt in a large mortar with a pestle, then add the almonds and parsley. Keep grinding until you have a paste, then add the bread and just enough olive oil to bind everything together.
