Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp double cream or milk
  • 1 pinch / 20-30 saffron strands, crushed<

Method

  1. Heat the cream or the milk in the microwave for around 10 seconds then pour over the saffron and leave to infuse.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of the oil. Fry the onion in the oil until softened and golden.
  3. While the onion is cooking combine the saffron cream and beaten eggs together.
