Saffron Cinnamon Buns

• 1 x quantity Sarah Harrison’s Saffron Cakes dough
• 100 g / 4 oz / ½

Method:

1. Follow the instructions above to make the dough. While the dough is proving mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon together.
2. On a floured board roll the dough into a large rectangle measuring 30 x 40 cm / 12 x 16 in. Spread it with the butter then sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar.
