Ingredients

1 tbsp hypocras syrup
1-1½ tsp verjuice or lemon juice

Method

Pour the syrup into a champagne flute.
Add a teaspoon of verjuice or lemon juice. Give it a good stir then top with sparkling white wine. Add more verjuice or lemon juice if you think it needs it.
