Again this will make far more than you need but it will keep for a good while in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 100 g / 4 oz / ½ cup caster sugar
  • 100

Method

  1. Place the sugar and the water in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil then simmer for about 3-5 minutes or until slightly reduced. Cool then chill before use.
