Ingredients: Mash it all together & spoon into egg whites; Combine 2 of the yolks (discard others) with 1 ripe avocado, plus:; Halve 6 peeled hard-boiled eggs & remove yolks; 1 T mayonnaise; 1 t spicy mustard; ½ t garlic powder; Salt & pepper; Garnish with red pepper flakes
