Asparagus Pastry Straws

Method

  1. You’ll need: 1 bunch of asparagus (about 30 stalks) & 1 sheet of puff pastry (2 sheets come in a 17-oz. or 480-g box) sprinkle with Parmesan, salt, & pepper
  2. Cut puff pastry into ¼-inch strips
  3. Wrap 1 pastry strip around each asparagus stalk
  4. Arrange on a greased baking sheet
  5. Then sprinkle with Parmesan, salt, & pepper
  6. Bake at 375°F for 15 min. or until golden try them with a dip
