  1. If there’s excess dough, use it to decorate the top!
  2. Mix 1 T finely chopped fresh rosemary 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 T chopped fresh parsley
  3. Spread garlic mixture in the middle of a (premade) 10-inch pie dough, leaving room around edges
  4. Place an 8-oz. (225-g) round of Brie on top of the garlic mixture & fold over the edges of dough, pinching to enclose it, then flip it over onto a greased baking sheet
  5. Bake at 375°F for 20 min. or until golden
  6. Serve while warm, with slices of baguette
