Parmesan Lace



  1. Finely grate 6 03. (200 g) of parmesan
  2. a pinch of cayenne on each pile
  3. Drop 1 T piles of cheese onto a hot pan (med/high) * use nonstick *
  4. Fry 1 min. per side (or until golden) draw on paper towels (they get more crisp as they cool)
  5. Serve alongside a cheese plate or on top of a salad
