Method

Sauté in a Big Skillet: (Med Heat, 5 Min.)

5 garlic cloves (minced)

ribbons from 2 carrots

ribbons from 2 zucchini

1 T olive oil

salt & pepper

Then add

8 oz. (225 g) dry fettuccine, cooked

1 T chopped fresh thyme leaves

1 T butter (allow to melt)

Mix well & serve hot
