Slice 6 medium carrots diagonally (into ovals)
Shake carrots in a plastic bag with:
½ t each cinnamon
½ t each paprika
½ t each cayenne
½ t each garlic powder
½ t each coarse salt
Plus: 1 t sesame oil
1½ T olive oil
Roast at 425°F for 20-25 min. or until tender with crispy edges
